Yes, YOu can requst custom adjustments to your cart of preference; however, based on the exted of customization, an extra fee may be required.
Do you offer special designed carts that are not showcased on your site?

Yes, we can design, plan, and build a cart specific to your needs, based on your vision. All we would need is a photo or drawing of the cart you desire.

What is the warranty on your carts?

We guarantee our carts for 30 days after receiving them. This includes missing or damaged parts and any malfunctions. Each cart is carefully inspected before leaving our facility to ensure it meets our high quality standards. Our carts are also insured through our contracted Shipping Service Provider. You are covered. NOTE: We understand there are unforseen circumstances and are willing to work with our customers in a fair manner even after the 30 day time frame.

What if my cart is damaged during shipping?

All carts are insured through our contracted shipping partner Arcbest (ABF Shipping) against damages during shipping. You are covered.

Are changes allowed to my cart design after the sale is completed?

Yes, as soon as possible is preferred; however, anytime up to 2 weeks after the order, we can make the changes you desire. Fees may apply for extreme changes.

Do you offer discounts for return customers?

Yes, and we handle them on a one on one basis. Some of our return customers have saved between 20% to %40 percent on future orders and is based on number of units and other factors.
