How do optional products work?
Optional products allow you to customize your cart after selecting your main cart. Simply add your cart to the cart first, then choose any optional products you’d like and add them individually. Each option is applied to your cart during the build process.

Do you offer a variety of vegan options?

Will the option photos match my cart exactly?
Option photos are examples to help you visualize each feature. They represent the option itself and may not reflect your selected cart color or finish. Your final cart will be built to match your chosen cart and options together.
Do optional products affect my build time?
Some options may add additional build time depending on complexity. While most orders ship within 2–3 weeks, highly customized carts may require additional production time.
Can I change or remove an option after ordering?
If your cart has not entered production yet, changes may be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. Once production begins, changes may be limited.
Are optional products discounted when purchased with a cart?
Yes. Optional products are offered at discounted pricing when purchased alongside a cart and are not available as standalone items.
