Return & Refund Policy

At Bryant’s Woodwork, every cart and custom build is handcrafted specifically for each customer. Because many of our products are custom-built, personalized, and made-to-order, we ask that customers carefully review all selections before completing their purchase.

Custom Orders & Made-to-Order Products

All custom carts, custom colors, personalized builds, and made-to-order products are considered final sale.

Because these products are created specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold:

  • No refunds are offered on custom orders once production has begun

  • No returns are accepted on custom-built or personalized products

  • Custom color selections and personalized options cannot be changed after production begins

Please review all measurements, colors, layouts, and order details carefully prior to purchase.

Damaged or Broken Parts

We stand behind our products and want you to receive your order in excellent condition.

If your order arrives with damaged or broken components:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of:

    • The damaged product

    • Shipping packaging and box condition

    • Shipping labels if visible

Upon review, Bryant’s Woodwork will work to resolve the issue and may provide:

  • Replacement parts

  • Repair solutions

  • Replacement components where necessary

We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate resolution based on the nature of the damage.

Shipping Damage

If damage occurred during shipping, we may file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Please retain all original packaging materials until the claim process is complete.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.

After 48 hours, materials, labor scheduling, and production planning may already be in progress. Because of this, cancellations after that point may not qualify for a refund.
