Your cart will come ready for use, minus your personal touches and accessories. We do ask that all of our customers please don't schedule any events with your carts until you have a specific delivery date. We are not responsible for any missed events or occasions. Thank you.

Yes, you simply choose the Custom Color on the product page and then provide the color at checkout, via email, or call us and let us know. Custom colors do require an extra fee and are displayed as such.

A time frame is estimated by a red banner above the product description and is a goal we try to reach; however, based on order load, weather, and other unexpected delays, such as waiting on parts, etc. the time frame may be longer. In most cases, our carts are sent out on time.

Yes, we do offer multi purchase discounts. Please contact us to discuss as each order is different with misc. variables.

We guarantee our carts for one year after receipt of the cart against malfunction or damaged parts. We are not responsible for minor damage due to misuse, or standard wear and tear. Any possible damage must be apparent that it originated with the build itself.

We utilize premium Birch plywood for constructing of our carts. This durable and aesthetically pleasing wood withstands wear and tear while offering a professional finish. All visible edges are banded and sealed for a sleek appearance. NONE of our carts are made from particle board or MDF. (Note: As with any wood, slight variations, color, and wood defects are not common, but must be expected in a hand made wooden product.)

We use ArcBest, ABF Freight and FedEx for shipping all of our carts. All shipments are insured for your protection and ours.
