What To Expect

From Concept to Completion

  • Submit Request

    Start by filling out the Custom Cart Request Form with as much detail as possible. Tell us about your business, your goals, your style, and any features you would like included.

  • Design & Planning

    We review your request and work directly with you to plan the ideal layout, features, and overall look of your custom cart. This phase typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on the complexity of the project.

  • Mockup Review

    We create mockups so you can visually review the concept before moving forward. Mockups are provided during the planning stage and are only charged if the design is approved and ready to proceed.

  • Final Quote

    Once your design is approved, we send a full quote that includes custom charges, cart pricing, and shipping so you receive one clear total.

  • Approval & Payment

    After payment is made, your custom cart is placed into our production line with other scheduled builds.

  • Build & Ship

    Your cart is handcrafted and completed as quickly as possible. Once finished, shipping typically takes 3–5 days depending on your geographic location.
