What to Expect When Ordering
Bryant’s Woodwork carts are handmade and built to order. This guide explains how our process works, when to order, and how to plan ahead so your cart is ready without unnecessary scheduling stress.
When Should You Order?
We recommend ordering your cart as early as possible, especially if you have an event, grand opening, market season, wedding season, or catering launch coming up.
Why Ordering Early Matters
Each cart requires time for cutting, assembly, sanding, finishing, top preparation, packing, and shipping. Ordering early helps prevent production rushes, shipping concerns, last-minute changes, and missed event deadlines.

What Happens After You Order?
Your Order Is Reviewed
We review your cart style, finish, top layout, umbrella option, logo frame, notes, and custom requests.
Your Order Is Added to Our Production Queue
Once approved, your order is placed in line behind the orders scheduled before yours. We build carts in the order they are received to ensure every customer receives the same level of attention and craftsmanship.
Your Cart Is Built by Hand
Your cart is cut, assembled, sanded, finished, and prepared according to the options you selected.
Your Cart Is Prepared for Shipment
Most carts ship in multiple boxes, and accessories such as casters, umbrellas, hardware, and custom parts may ship separately.
Tracking Information Is Sent
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent so you can follow its progress to your location.
Things That Can Delay Your Order
While we work hard to stay on schedule, Bryant’s Woodwork is a small shop and each cart is handmade. Occasionally, circumstances outside of our control can affect production timelines.
- Severe weather or storms
- Power outages
- Staff illness or family emergencies
- Supplier or material shortages
- Shipping carrier disruptions
- Broken tools or machinery
- Equipment maintenance or repairs
- Holiday closures
- Unexpected increases in order volume
- Custom design revisions after ordering
Planning Around Your Event Date
If your cart is being purchased for a wedding, catering event, grand opening, trade show, festival, or other scheduled event, we strongly recommend allowing extra time between your expected delivery date and your first event.
We do not recommend scheduling events based solely on estimated production or shipping dates. Please wait until you have received tracking information before making final event commitments.
