Handmade Product Notice

Our products are individually handcrafted and are not mass-produced items. Small differences in appearance are considered normal characteristics and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

Custom Orders

Custom products, personalized builds, custom colors, and made-to-order products are created specifically for each customer.

Once production begins:

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled

  • Custom products are non-refundable

  • Changes may not be possible once materials have been ordered or production has started

Customers are strongly advised not to schedule events, bookings, launches, or business activities until products have been delivered and inspected.

Bryant's Woodwork is not responsible for losses related to delayed deliveries outside our reasonable control.

Product Usage & Safety

Customers are responsible for using products properly and safely.

Bryant's Woodwork is not responsible for:

  • Improper assembly

  • Misuse

  • Product modifications

  • Excessive loading beyond recommended capacities

  • Damage resulting from improper handling or environmental exposure

Customers assume responsibility for proper use after delivery.

DIY Plans & Digital Downloads

Digital products, downloadable plans, and instructional materials are intended for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

Purchased digital files may not be:

  • Resold

  • Shared

  • Reproduced

  • Distributed

  • Modified for resale

All designs remain the intellectual property of Bryant's Woodwork.

Limitation of Liability

Bryant's Woodwork shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from:

  • Shipping delays

  • Loss of business income

  • Missed events

  • Third-party carrier issues
