New Cart FAQ
What is the average turn-around time for your carts.
Typically, our carts ship within 10 to 15 days unless otherwise advertised by the red banner on the product page. This is determined by workload, but on average 10 to 15 days.
After you ship, how long does it take to get my cart?
Shipping within the US typically takes 2 to 3 days, coast to coast. Holidays and weekends won't impact our shipping times. (Excluding Christmas and Thanksgiving)
Do your carts come ready for service out of the box?
Yes, all made to order carts are ready for service right out of the box. With carts that have attachable or bracket style shelves, they will need to be attached prior to use, but are easy to do and all hardware (Screws) are provided for easy and fast assembly.
Does it cost more for customizations?
Depending on the extent of the modifications, a fee may apply. We provide top layouts, such as our Charcuterie carts, free of charge. Just send a drawing or picture and we will size and shape the cart to receive your pans or pots.
